
1 CNC/GDZ—4000 flame multiple-head cutting machine

1.1 Structural principle
Application:
CNC cutting machine can cut plates in arbitrary shape. Several cutting torches which are used to cut strips are fixed on the other side. As the steel plate can be heated and cooled at the same time, the side-curve will eliminate once for all.
The construction of machine:
This kind of machine is composed of a gantry frame, main and secondary longitudinal guide rail. Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved. The driving of the main longitudinal end beam adopts Japan AC servo driving system and driving speed reducer, through rack-and-pinion gearing. The longitudinal guide ways firmed by pressure plate backing board and connecting sleeve, all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide way. Cutting torch also moves by AC servo electric machine to drive the Japan SHIMPO speed reducer, then use rack-and-pinion to drive.
Gas path: longitudinal and transverse cable and gas pipe all adopt the engineering plastics chain 。

2.1 Structure principle
H beam is a metal structure composed of one web plate and two flange plates, it is widely used in agriculture ,industrial and construction area.

HZJX0825 automatic welding machine is composed of main machine(1 set), ZKR-350 type CO2 welding machine(2 sets), power convey roller(one section each in front of and back of main machine), idler convey roller(two sections each in front of and back of main machine), power draw bar(1 piece), idler draw bar(1piece), hydraulic system(1 set), electrical control system(1 set)and so on.
2.2 The features of this machine is as following:
- Compact structure:main transmission system is put inside of the main machine,which could save space, also is convenient for operation and maintenance.
- Main transmission system is composed of one set of motor and retarder, to ensure the synchronization and efficiency by chains and gears’ driven work. The material of main transmission roller and upper press roller is 40Cr,which goes through heat treatment and milling treatment, with improved precision and anti-friction features.
- The web clamp device and flange clamp device is the key part for H-beam assembly precision, which is also the creation advantage of this HZJX0825 automatic H-beam assembly machine. This machine adopts hydraulic motor finishing driven and position of clamp device through gear,synchronous shaft,chain, chain gears, guide screw and nut, rectangle guide rail,sliding base,clamp wheels and so on. This device has the features of high position precision, huge clamp power, wide clamp range ,convenient operation and low cost.
- The flange clamp wheels adopts two layout arrangement, web clamp wheel is four-group arrangement,upper-down two layer compact structure,all clamp wheels are installed by eccentric shafts. Which could adjust the position conveniently to make sure each wheel bear relevant load. In this way, the H-beam assembly precision is assured by compact flange-web clamp device, also could make sure to adjust the web straighten degree greatly in assembly specification range.
- The upper hydraulic pressing system adopts cylinder pushing upper press roller to press work piece tight,gantry elevation horizontal beam adopts rectangle rails, which could adjust the direction of wheel position, it has the advantages of light weight, anti-collision, flexible movement and stability.
- Web and flange heads position is precise and simple because there is manual position work piece frame at the head of main machine.
- There are one section of power convey roller both in front of and back of the main machine, they are driven together with main machine retarder through chain, this structure could make sure transmission convey roller’s synchronism and stable work.
- The arrangement of total machine is flexible, operation box and electrical control box is put separately, thus the operator could set the operation box’s position according to actual situation , the hydraulic pump station could also be put at any position of main machine according to needs and site arrangement.
- This machine is easily operated and simply adjusted. Electrical control system is composed of electrical control box, operation box and control cables, the inverter controls speed of main transition motor,PLC programmable control device could make different programs according to different assembly technical requirement.The output frequency of inverter is set by PLC,manual and automatic work could be adjusted by their cooperation.
- Safety operation.The electrical control part adopts AC 36V and DC 24V safety voltage, which could protect operator well.

3.1 Structure principle
For double column welding machine, the welding is accomplished outside the rails. It can weld the H-beam which is higher than 1.5m, no limit for beam height. When it is single arc single wire welding , the welding power can be settled on the machine trolley.
The moving trolley is driven by two motors speed-reducer, the system is double driving, which insure the moving stable and reliable.
There is rail and rack in the front of the up platform, which can make the welding arm and tool carriage moving. There are two wire reels and flux recovery machine on the platform.
Welding arm is the most important part for welding work, it can move horizontally on cross beam together with tool carriage, also can move up and down on directional wheel of the tool carriage .
Seam tracking device is placed under welding beam, it has auto compensation function for H-beam‘s deformation .
Wire feeding device is fixed in arc-guiding device, it can connect wire feeder and wire reel together by wire feeding pipe.

4 YJZ-60D H-beam hydraulic straightening machine

4.1 structural principles
This machine is used for straightening H beam flange. The two upper straighten roller press two edges of flange, lower straighten roller hold middle of flange. By force of oil cylinder, two upper straighten roller press down and make flange flat.
Machine is composed of reducer, coupling, frame, upper and lower straighten roller, web clamp device, conveying roller, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
This machine has the following features:
- Both sides of flange can be straightened separately to gain better effect.
- Roller doesn’t elevate, thus save cost and operate easily.
